Very knowledgeable person.
I had Frank out to my home 2 Years ago to inspect my in ground pool before we purchased the home. Frank is old fashion but he knows his stuff. He just recently installed a new liner in the pool and did a wonderful job. Honestly communication sometimes is a little problem . He may take a few days to respond but has always came thru for us. His helper Tony also is eager to get the job done. His pricing is favorable also. Just need some sunny weather to enjoy the pool.
Frank was great until he abandoned us in the middle of a fix and then would not communicate. Thought he was a really nice guy.
