Really sad to see this company let down my family that has worked with them and their parents for 20+ years
Was extremely rude and not professional… was told simply by disagreeing with him my contract was discontinued
extremely disappointed after several years being with Sunshine Pool...after a disagreement on what was itemized on a bill discussion on this happened that we were notified the next season that they will no longer be opening the pool. This even though the disagreement the amount Sunshine Pool requested was paid to them shortly after.
While having our contract terminated I pointed out that we have been serviced by sunshine pool since the late 90s l… yet in 2016 due to my fathers stroke we didn’t open the pool and returned to sunshine pool in 2017.. the owner did not recognize our previous business with his family and only said we had worked with them since 2017.. will be sending them the old receipts
It is obvious when someone does not build a business from the ground up and they just take over an existing successful business from their parents. They have no idea how to interact with their customers with respect. They show no appreciation for their customers. The owner acts as if he is doing you a favor by providing his services. Sad because having my own business (that I did build from the ground up) I always want to support small local businesses. Sunshine Pools is one that does not deserve that support!
