This owner ignored a COVID-19 Emergency Policy by HomeAway and refused to return any of our more than $2,000 in rent money for a vacation property in Arizona. He wouldn't consider a partial refund or guaranteed stay for a future credit. He said we didn't purchase cancel for any reason travel insurance so we gambled and lost.
