Had a clogged toilet, rep arrived and quoted me $700 to snake a standard clog! I told him there's no way that's correct and asked to have a supervisor call me and it's been 4 days and still haven't heard from anyone. Instead they sent me an invoice and will not answer the phone. Do not use this company! THEY RECENTLY WERE BOUGHT OUT BY A COMPANY OUT OF MIAMI

Wes did an excellent job of unclogging my kitchen sink which was backed up. He found the issue 50 ft down the pipe and then went ahead to clear up to 75 feet. 5 stars for Wes and Sunshine Plumbing!

THEY DID NOT PULL A REQUIRED PERMIT. Their work would have failed inspection. I would give 0 stars if I could, but it makes me choose 1 in order to post. We paid $5,500 to have what is listed on the invoice as “ Whole house repipe from the outside line, excluding the meter line. The work will include new pipes to 2 toilets, lavatories, tub/showers, 1 water heater, 1 washing machine, and 1 kitchen sink.” The washing machine pipes were not replaced, and I subsequently had another leak which damaged my entire kitchen, laundry, ... read more
