I have never dealt with such an unprofessional receptionist like this before. I can’t remember her name, but I think it was Katrina. She was extremely rude, cutting me off and hanged up on me twice while I was in the middle of organising an inspection for a shop. Her attitude was so arrogant and dismissive.
