Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Our dance studio has used them both years we have been in dance, and both times I’ve been disappointed. They are truly a volume play, they aren’t looking to get quality shots. I have the most photogenic 5 year old and she isn’t even looking at the camera. They don’t care, on to the next one!
Received the order form with the correct photo but the wrong team photo. When I called to talk to someone the landline wasn’t working. For $20 for a 5x7 photo I expected better.
Have reached out multiple times via email and phone call and have not heard back. Still have not received by photos that were ordered mid-September. Bad business practice and unprofessional.
This company has been VERY unimpressive 2 years in a row for our BAA pictures specifically soccer. A ton of us ordered pictures mid September and still never received them. A ton of other parents also never received theirs. I have email them multiple times with no response.
