“Office Manager” Nina should be fired. She’s incompetent at her job and arrogant and nasty when you call her out on her mistakes. So many billing mistakes and she thinks she can just threaten to report you to the credit bureaus. Reporting this place to the dept of health.
Dr Tolaymat and her team at her office are truly the best of the best, the whole team is a pleasure to be around they treat you like family unlike any ob office I have ever been to. I got referred to this office after having a still birth at 30 weeks pregnant so getting pregnant again was extremely stressful event for our family.
