Bad Doctor Well i switched to Sunshine Pediatrics when we moved to Winder and we have had nothing but bad experiences with her.I have 2 children and with my daughter she kept getting a rash on her face and i took her to dana Hogan at least 5 different times for this.She would prescribe a different creme for each time and kept telling me to elliminate things from her diet.Nothing worked.Needless to say about $400 later after $40 co-pays and perscriptions that didn't work she finslly agreed to send me to a specialist.Well the ... read more

Love Dr. Hogan Dana Hogan at Sunshine Pediatrics is an amazing doctor. I do not like her partner, she's young and very inexperienced. She gave my child asthma drugs without even testing him to see if he had asthma. He doesn't. That makes me wonder how many other children don't have asthma but use the drugs daily. I do appreciate Dr. Hogan's homeopathic research, I love that she doesn't drug every little sniffle. Quinn Joan - Sunshine Pediatrics is good only if seeing Dr Hogan Dr Hogan is great but if she is ever out or her other doctor is there/ her partner doctor, STAY CLEAR!!!! Her partner, so called "Doctor" has no idea what she is doing and gave my infant an incorrect diagnosis which I knew it wasn't what she said it was anyways, but to sum it up, stick with Dr Hogan. Dana Hogan - Sunshine Pediatrics LOVE LOVE LOVE HER! Wow...I'm not quite sure where these two negative reviews came...they cannot be further from the reality of Dr. Hogan's experience and care. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Hogan. After being very unhappy with Gwinnett Pediatrics, we researched and found Dr. Hogan. Thank God! The best I have read the reviews that have been posted on this page, I have taken my children (2) to Dr. Dana Hogan since she opened her office in Winder. I honestly must say that when I walked in and my husband and I met her - she was not exactly what we expected. But today, 7 years later, I have a 8 year old daughter that I truly owe her life to Dr. Hogan. The Worst Doctor!!!! I have taken mychild to her more than one for being sick and having ear infestions and she not not once done anything! Both times he has wound up at the E.R. She was out of town on vacation once and had no one to rake call for her, I would NOT recommend her to anyone.
Terrible Pediatrician I thought I did all my homework when choosing Dr. Dana Hogan, however I now know better now. I will never take my child to Sunshine again. In a yr. she never saw my daughter for anything. When she had a 106 fever she told me I did not need try and lower it and that I did not need to come in.
