Our negative experience here has made my daughter afraid to see another doctor. We were medicaid patients- in my experience that has made a difference in treatment. We came for a 4 year check-up. Doctor Craddock was curt and dismissive, and rolled her eyes at one of my questions. She asked that my daughter undress completely. I asked why, and was told "it's routine." so hard to talk to a person and or get an appointment. when you finally see the doctor, she's great. phone conversations is practically impossible
