So disappointed. Paid $75 for a set of “almond shape French tips”. They look horrendous. This is literally a few hours after having them done. The shape is not great and the paint job is shocking. I will not return.
Unfortunately does not even deserve 0.5 a star, customer service is terrible :( They refused to cut my nails and shaped them horrible, it did not even resemble the almond shape. Then proceeded to charge me $15 for a “cut and shape” despite them refusing to cut my nails down for some reason they weren’t explaining clearly at all! I left without getting them finished
Inconsistent pricing, I get the same basic Acrylic infill but charged differently each time. Last time being $65 rather than the advertised $45 for an infill, it’s nuts and a money grab.
Would give zero if I could. This place must have changed ownership, would frequent often. Rude staff, inconsistent pricing and nails did not last a week. What an absolute rip off!
Had infills and a replacement nail done. Not even 12 hours later and one of my nails has completely snapped off. Now having to go to another salon and pay more money to fix it. Will not be returning.
