I'm truly vexed to have to give only 1 star. I actually like the owners. However, I will not ignore that "some" of the nail techs lack their spirit. My husband and I have been supporting their business on and off since they opened. Lately, I've noticed alot of chatter when i come here. Today, I used my translator to see what the chatter was about. I was very surprised and also offended by what I heard. I won't share what it was, as it may impact business. Very clean and welcoming. All of the staff are very kind and engaging. I personally use Linh (have for years) but the customer service and skills across the board are wonderful! Prices are very reasonable as well!

This first time I went there I received a full set white tip and a basic pedicure and was charged $100.The experience was awesome. The second time I went there it was a little different. I got a refill, fixed 1 broken nail and a basic pedicure done by Teresa. Mind you I have white tip, she replaced my broken nail with a regular tip, painted the tip white and I was charged $125. I asked her why was it more than when I originally got them done she said she had to fix one and I have white tips. I told her that made no sense due... read more
