I contacted the owner, Heidi, on a Saturday evening via Facebook well after they had closed and told her about nails I had put on at another salon (nothing to do with Sunshine Nails) and after a week had already lost a nail and had bad lifting on the other nails and Heidi was able to get me in the next day when they opened. I was able to get dip powder in the color I wanted and my nails still look great 2 weeks later! Everyone I came across were pleasant and friendly. Heidi is so sweet and does an amazing acrylic set! You can take a picture to her and pick out your own colors! And the salon is quiet and relaxing too. Highly recommended!

I gave one star for the owner’s transparency. I removed stars because this salon is reusing pumice stones and nail files on multiple clients & still using “cheese graters” to buff dry skin. In addition, they are not sanitizing their pedicure bowls between clients— only removing the liner. The technician also failed to provide proper clean-up of nail polish that had gotten on my skin, using only her fingernail instead.
