Very clean and welcoming. All of the staff are very kind and engaging. I personally use Linh (have for years) but the customer service and skills across the board are wonderful! Prices are very reasonable as well!
This first time I went there I received a full set white tip and a basic pedicure and was charged $100.The experience was awesome. The second time I went there it was a little different. I got a refill, fixed 1 broken nail and a basic pedicure done by Teresa. Mind you I have white tip, she replaced my broken nail with a regular tip, painted the tip white and I was charged $125. I booked 2 appointments for 3:15 for dip color and deluxe pedicures. I ended up having to wait almost 45 minutes before they even started my pedicure, which is why I stopped going to Jaded. If you're going to have appointments, please be ready to go by that appointment time. I can understand 10-15 minutes, but 45 minutes is insane! Also, I booked the pedicures with Lahn and the nails with Heidi so one could start on nails and the other on toes and we could swap out.
