I had an unpleasant experience at this nail salon today. Renee was assigned to do my liquid refill. When I asked about the nail shape and length, her responses were impatient and in a commanding tone. Twice during the process, she stood up and left without giving any explanation, which left me confused. When painting the French tips, she finished one finger first. This was my first experience at a nail salon and Lily made an amazing experience for me!! Professional, patient and fun. Highly recommend!
Went for my second pedicure, was very rough.. peeled a lot of my cuticle back and filled the skin on my toes. Then proceeded to rub rubbing alcohol on my sore skin. Wouldn’t recommend felt very rushed.
Will probably not book my next set from here that's forsure the first time I came here Hon I believe her name was did my set it was ok.... 2nd time around Lilly did my nails and its was rushed and it was a stinky odor coming from either her or the products not being wiped not too sure it was extremely hot no air not that they don't have it they just don't have it on like unbelievable customers don't wanna melt getting there nails done like turn on some air please..next time I'm requesting the girl named amber she was the bes... read more
I always go to Lily for shellac and she is the best! Always pays attention to every detail and my nails last 3 weeks! She does not damage my original nail at all either due to the technique she uses. I’m always a happy customer!
