I was very disappointed in the service. I went in today asking for a simple acrylic soak off. The woman doing my nails used a nail tip and her own finger nail to pry off the acrylic from my natural nail. This place gave me an infection on my toes. I had to get surgery to remove my toenails. SURGERY!!!! This place needs to be investigated and sued. How filthy are your nail tools if one of your customers had to get their toenails removed by a doctor? Can’t even wear proper shoes right now because of what happened to me. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR TOENAILS.
I use to come here regularly and stopped a while ago, I decided haven’t been in a while and would give them a chance but because the lack of care I will NEVER RETURN!! I have very very serious ocd and everything has to be perfect! The shape isn’t perfect, the did terrible sanding the shape! Very rude, my nail paint peeled off the very next day and it was super dry and peeling
I went to this salon asking for almond-shaped French tips, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I asked the nail tech to file the shape down because they were too wide and uneven, she told me she “couldn’t fix” my nails because it was supposedly just the shape of my natural nails.
