I use to come here regularly and stopped a while ago, I decided haven’t been in a while and would give them a chance but because the lack of care I will NEVER RETURN!! Very rude, my nail paint peeled off the very next day and it was super dry and peeling
I went to this salon asking for almond-shaped French tips, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I asked the nail tech to file the shape down because they were too wide and uneven, she told me she “couldn’t fix” my nails because it was supposedly just the shape of my natural nails. Every time I politely asked for something to be corrected, she became increasingly rude and passive aggressive, saying things like “you’re not the one doing them” and that I “didn’t understand her perspective.” The French tips thems... read more
Visiting from out of town - took me in as a walk in. Got a pedi and was a nice massage chair and she was gentle and firm! 🤗
