Service was great optometrist was great my only issue is how much was being thrown at me that was costly and could easily be covered by Ohip ex. Eyelash removal that was growing inwards wanted to charge $60 but because it was a child she bumped it down to $40 not once was it mentioned that this can in fact be covered by ohip we got referred to a specialist to get a second opinion and that also was discouraged since she said it could take months for an appointment however they called me the very next day from the specialist o... read more

We love the service so much that even after we moved to BC, we still purchase our contacts, glasses and Contact Lens solutions here. And yes, we pay the shipping. Thats how great this place is. 1000/10 would recommend. Been patients and customers since 2019. Shoutout to the doctors and karla, wohoooo!
