Park is not kept up with properly , grass gets cut once a month it seems like , can’t have anything in your yard not even a pool or a fence , there’s garbage on the sides of the roads , you have to pay An HOA fee but only two washers and dryers and not kept up either. Overall would not recommend if you want a somewhat decent life
