If you're looking for a quiet all age Park you found it trailer sell between 25 and 40k with an incredibly low lot rent of $475. Very clean and well-managed. Only drawback no dogs allowed but it does making walking in the grass a lot easier:-)..now the lot rent is 795....new owners came in...allows dogs...still a decent place to live...but not as good as it was
I lived here up until 2012 and it was okay for $425 and no lot rent. Now? You have to BUY and lot rent is like $650 with squat included!!! It has really gone downhill.
