Poor pay. Employees treated like prisoners, either worked into the ground or given almost no hours at all, randomly depending on contracts and you’re forced to adapt. Out of touch HR and management (except Gardiner). Randomly laid off over half of the employees with zero notice. Favoritism and biases are rampant. Extremely strict rules and regulations. Just not worth it. Only work here if you’re really desperate, and leave as soon as you can.

This could be a great place to work but there is no preventive measures in place everything is reactive.

I think it’s hilarious that they approve time off at hire, then fire you for taking that time off. I also think it’s hilarious that the supervisor tells people to take their sick time, and when they do, the other supervisor includes that in their reasoning for fire. They fire and then put down “employee abandonment” as the reasoning, but there was zero abandonment. Bad management, bad leadership, poor training, toxic company culture, don't listen, extremely high turn over rate, will work you into the ground, favoritism, benefits not great, pay not great, only get raises if you keep it secret and not talk about it, soul crushing company and work environment, I also find it odd that the only five star reviews are from current employees and no former employees
