Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
Great clinic, great front desk girl (Pearl), great doctor (I forgot to ask for his name)! They were able to see me at a short notice as a walk in. Thank you! They are located in the same office of my dear Dr. Hai, which also brings nice memories. If I need to see a doctor at a short notice, this is the place to go. Definitely recommend it!
