I just wanted to leave a big thank you to the lovely Filipino lady at the front desk. She’s always so kind, sweet, and professional. Every time I and someone walks in, I noticed she greet me and others with a warm smile and a genuinely caring attitude. You can tell she truly loves helping people she stays positive no matter what and makes the place feel welcoming. It’s rare to find someone with that much heart and professionalism. She really makes a difference!
Very hard to get hold over the phone, so booking appointments or getting any details is very inconvenient. No comment about the Doctor, but the admin services are very inconsistent.
Receptionist named Mia was extremely rude and provided wrong information just to get rid of me.
Had bad experience with Dr. Azadeh Malekalkalami. Came with ankle sprain, with a form from my employer as it was workplace injury. She accused me that I want to get a long term disability and lying about my pain. Anyway they told me that one page costs $20, there were two pages and they charged me $60 with unprofessionally filled form. Never go there again
I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Azadeh Malekalkalami at this clinic. I came in with a serious concern — recurrent facial swelling, which I have experienced five separate times. This is a visible and disruptive symptom that is already affecting my work and well-being. Instead of offering proper medical evaluation or a diagnostic plan, Dr. Malekalkalami dismissed my concerns, told me to “wait” and “take antihistamines if it happens again”, despite me clearly stating this was already the fifth episode.
