Dr. Used AI to take notes. Said he checked my breathing but didn't actually. Not to mention the prescription he handed me didn't have his license number on it so the pharmacy had to make some calls.
Horrible service, we came to be seen as a couple and the doctor only seen one of us while having both of us in the room, then proceeded to go to the next patient without seeing one of us and made us wait longer to see him. We would not be coming back unless we are expecting bad customer service
I cannot express what an excellent clinic. If you need care please give them the opportunity you will be glad you did. I had to go last Sunday first right from the front desk to the doctor care was their main concern. Then I decided to check how things were going to I went yesterday different front desk person and doctor. What was not different was their care? Happening twice shows their culture to provide caring care to their clients. Thank you I appreciate and value what you bring to our medical field
My husband is a patient here but the clinic will not call his number for his appointments or reminders and insists upon calling me to remind him despite having his information as both the patient and the primary contact. Upon speaking with the staff to right this wrong, they are insistent that the matriarch is the one who books the appointments so therefore they must call the wife. Seems a bit outdated to trust with medical or even personal information.
