I had a really frustrating experience with this clinic. I requested a blood work requisition from the doctor, but after waiting several weeks without any update, I reached out to check on the status. They told me they were waiting on one of the results. After about a month with no progress, I went in person to follow up. Staff are extremely rude They purposely deny making an appointment say to go elsewhere They come across racist The front staff are terrible
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at Sunshine Medical. I called to request information and was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. The receptionist didn’t take the time to listen to what I was asking, constantly interrupted, and ultimately disconnected the call without any resolution. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients are already stressed or unwell.
