Went to this clinic for the first today. Receptionist was prompt and pleasant. I was told the wait time would be 30 minutes at check in. I was seen by Dr. Onuoha. What a lovely, caring person. He listened attentively, did a thorough assessment and provided water for me to drink when I got a coughing spell. I appreciated being seen and heard.
Receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. Literally coughed right in my face without covering her month THEN proceeded to burp… like what the actual heck
Great service and the receptionist are very nice and prompt and friendly.
I was on hold for 10 minutes they said I was caller one in line then they just hung up on me.
I went in the morning and was lucky that only one person was before me. The administrator/nurse got me into a room fairly quickly, and I was seen by the doctor within 20 mins. Doctor did a detailed assessment on my concerns, and called me the next day at 8:30pm the in EVENING to tell me I’m ok, which usually doesn’t happen! I am very grateful for the care I received. Thank you, Dr. Onuoha! Please be kinder to our healthcare workers as this is a very demanding profession.
