I’ve been dealing with mental health practitioners since 2013. The male psychiatrist I’ve been seeing here for about 6 months has been awful. He’s very dismissive and unhelpful. He doesn’t really listen and keeps telling me that I cannot lie and have to be honest. I’m always honest with him so that always feels very combative and uncomfortable.
