The two stars are only for the kind compliments we received from the staff. Unfortunately, the actual service did not meet expectations. We booked a couples massage, but the experience felt incomplete. My arms were not massaged at all, and my wife never received any attention to her neck. The majority of the session—around 80%—felt like lotion being applied rather than an actual massage, with very little meaningful technique involved.
