They sold us a Horrible Hot Tub, started failing within the first year. No parts on hand. heater quit and it took them a month to get here to fix it, then the tech broke the side panel fasteners. They Promised to replace them , but that is now 18 months or so ago with no word from them. Even though I keep calling and get the same answer, We ordered the parts......
