Excellent service. The staff were attentive and handled both of my coats with great care, delivering outstanding results. One coat was in particularly rough condition with several stains, and I did not expect it to be restored so thoroughly. My primary goal was simply to have the coats cleaned and disinfected, as they were purchased secondhand; however, the cleaner successfully removed the majority of the stains. Friendly people, great service. My go to for dry cleaning in the area. Some searches will list them for places that do alterations. They do not do alterations at either Crossville locations. But, they do dry cleaning and they do it well and at a good price.

I have my coat cleaned here yearly, and they send my black bear fur to be cleaned excellent service. I will for sure be back. It wasn’t my first time and it won’t be my last.

Friendly workers. Amazing job. Took in an old fur....looked better than ever. Very reasonable on cost.
