Last year, requested a sloped dirt removal with a specified constant depth but the area was not even staked out & measured properly. In retrospect, it seemed like a rushed job.... Myself & a helper wasted 12 hours of moving dirt by shovel & cart to slope area as it had been originally requested & needed to be.
