St. Lucie County should have checked out all the one star comments before contracting this company. They take forever to complete a job.
Brett came to our home on 3/15 to look at an area where we wanted concrete replaced, took measurements and pictures and left. I’ve called, and sent an email with no response. To date, 3/27, we have never received an estimate.
I simply can’t say enough good things about this company. I purchased a house with a large front and back yard in very poor condition. Tim Taylor, owner, personally came out to give me his opinion and recommendations. Sunshine Land Design completely transformed my yard. Removed dead tree stumps and roots, graded, installed a sprinkler system, new sod and a few trees. I am not a client of this company but I could not turn a blind eye to the horrible practices of this company. Clear osha violation in Danforth, I have video and images of the truck from Sunshine. No trench guards were used, water sitting in the bottom with unstable soil. No safe entrance or exit in this trench. This company has the most unproductive employees I have ever seen.
