Do NOT buy a home from Sunshine Home Investments, LLC. They do not fix up the house at all. I was told they invested 40,000 into the house I purchased from them. I would have no idea where they spent that money because the house was more of a wreck than I thought. We pulled 2,100 pounds of random concrete out of the back yard.
