In those 5 months they closed at least once month due to kids or teachers being sick. Which if you are a full time working parent you understand how painful that can be to tell your work place, sorry the daycare is closed AGAIN. If I could put 0 stars I would. The staff does not exhibit any type of good customer service. When my son first started here, staff would look at us crazy as if they expected us to already know what to do without them giving us the proper tutorial. I was told that tuition would be one rate and when my child started supposedly tuition had an increase that week. No one bothered to notify me about this ahead of time and I just happened to find out by hearing the director inform another parent. I had to inform the director on se... read more
My daughter has been going to this facility for about 2 1/2 years. The staff are great and friendly. My daughter has made lots of progress in all learning aspects and she really enjoys going to "school" everyday. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for loving and helping me teach my toddler well.
I love this place.The teachers there give me a peace of mind while I'm at work. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. I love getting updates and picture of my 8 month old son while he is at school. I also have noticed the changes he is continuing to make as he grows in their care. He is learning new things and he is advancing every day. I love that they are working with him as he grows.
