My Little girl has been going to this Sunshine house for almost 3 years. Since she was 2 and I first became a single mom. Laura the director has been there for me through through all the ups and downs. I honestly couldn't ask for a better person. She has made the transition from being a stay at home mom to working long hours so much easier due to knowing Haven is always well cared for, and treated with love. 0/10 do not recommend using the sunshine house in mauldin off New Neely Ferry road. They are the most unreliable daycare by far! My sons only attended here for about 5 months. In those 5 months they closed at least once month due to kids or teachers being sick. Which if you are a full time working parent you understand how painful that can be to tell your work place, sorry the daycare is closed AGAIN. If I could put 0 stars I would. The staff does not exhibit any type of good customer service. When my son first started here, staff would look at us crazy as if they expected us to already know what to do without them giving us the proper tutorial. I was told that tuition would be one rate and when my child started supposedly tuition had an increase that week. No one bothered to notify me about this ahead of time and I just happened to find out by hearing the director inform another parent. I had to inform the director on se... read more

My daughter has been going to this facility for about 2 1/2 years. The staff are great and friendly. My daughter has made lots of progress in all learning aspects and she really enjoys going to "school" everyday. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for loving and helping me teach my toddler well.
