I did not have a positive experience with Sunshine House at Greystone. When my daughter was in the one-year-old classroom, she did very well. Her teacher Tara was caring, attentive, and provided a positive environment. I gifted her for the holidays because she was an amazing teacher . Unfortunately, my concerns began when she transitioned to the two-year-old classroom. If your child is on a voucher program, this is not the center for you. I have been charged a registration fee for the last 2 years, which is supposed to be returned “once dss refunds the fee” I have been asking the director for over a year for a reimbursement for 300.00 of registration fees I paid and she is very dismissive, telling me to call DSS. lack of communication, i lost my job due to them not communicating with me properly. as a single mom doing everything on my own and they have known about that, they could have went about things so differently. for example if you see a mother bribing her child to school every day in lyft/uber why not email her ahead of time to tell her to not bring the child in due to vouchers being over etc? why wait until the mom shows up in uber knowing she’s going to work and is on a time limit to try to tell her knowing she’s in a hurry.... read more

My son loves coming to daycare everyday! I trust my child with all the teachers in the center, they all speak to me every time they see me. My child is 1 and speaks so well. I think it because of teaching that they do here! Every time I drop my child off they are doing circle time!
