My daughter has been going in for about 2 years she graduated from the 4-year program to go to school. I don't have too much of a problem with the staff yes it's out of ratio at times. It's a problem when they don't have enough staff to go pick the kids up from school however making parents lose money. I have an issue with double payments and late fees our od no where. My niece has been going for about two months now and we’ve had an overall amazing experience thus far! The staff has been very kind and patient with us and I am absolutely grateful. My niece has grown a lot so far and absolutely LOVES the team they have there. Overall a 10/10
Ms. Lakeesha and the staff are great with my twins. They are organized and professional, and have made a great impact in their learning. I would highly recommend this center.
Update: I have since had two more daughters who have both gone to and are currently going to this facility for the summer. Though things have been challenging with staffing changes and closures, overall I still would recommend this facility to anyone asking. All 3 of my daughters are very comfortable, cared for, and enjoy going. I can go to both Ms.Lakeesha and Kierra with any questions or concerns with no problem.
