Awful experience. They were rude. I tipped what I felt was appropriate for the service I received and they yelled at me to leave 20%. She started screaming at me. Only 20%. I said I can tip what I want. Absurd and out of control. Also it's scorching hot and no air conditioning.
I'm giving this place 1 star solely for the massage itself. I'm deducting the other 4 stars because, like many others have mentioned, the staff aggressively pressure customers into tipping far more than is reasonable—then hide behind the language barrier when questioned. They pushed for a 30% tip on top of already inflated prices ($50 for a 45-minute massage, followed by a demand for a $15 tip, which was later reduced to $12).
