DONT BUILD OR BUY from this builder! They have zero service ability and require constant follow ups to get work done. All their sub-contractors are as useless as them and have no workmanship. A simple bathroom tap which needed to be installed took 2 years after handover to get sorted. Still waiting for my light switch cover and it seems like I will never get it.
