We needed our house insulated, and to have new vinyl siding and gutters installed. We paid Mr. ***** the first 1/2 in advance so he could buy supplies. We paid him in September 2018. 6 weeks later, when NOTHING had been done, I finally got a hold of him on the phone. He said he had been in the hospital, so we gave him more time.
