I can't recommend this place highly enough! As someone who had never had a colonic before, I was definitely nervous about booking one. From the moment I arrived, Cindy made me feel completely at ease. She was so kind, professional, and genuinely cared about understanding my symptoms and helping me feel better. If you're wondering which clinic to book on the Sunshine Coast, this is the one. I left feeling so well looked after and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cindy to anyone considering a colonic for the first time!

Cindy is incredible! A lovely human with a beautiful energy. She is a wealth of knowledge who I could talk to for hours. I had my first open colonic session at her clinic yesterday after having a few closed colonics and I am converted (as she said I would be!). I felt supported, safe and extremely well looked after during my session. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Cindy, you are a gem & I’m so grateful to have found you and your wonderful clinic.

My first time getting a colonic and Cindy made it just the best experience. Was a lot of giggles and good chats and the machine she has is very private so no one was exposed to my you know what hahaha Overall, amazing experience lots of education and feel a lot lighter after 1kg of gunk gone!

Cindy at Sunshine Holistic Health was a wonder. Kind, funny, informative, experienced and helpful. Her clinic is very clean and full of excellent products you can purchase. I had a very effective colonic and wasn't rushed at all. Her system is very comfortable and works very well! I want to remove coffee from my world (yikes) and she gave me some great information on how to do it in a way that would be kind to my nervous system. I highly recommend Sunshine Holistic Health for an open water Colonic.
