Dealt with Jayde and Sarah on the phone making a booking and having to rearrange multiple times, both were super accomodating, understanding, friendly and made my experience with sunshine health & allied care fantastic. Great to see such people focused staff members, she positive experience.
Been to this practice quite a bit now for physio and dental related issues. I have always had such a great experience there. The staff know what they are talking about and always provide a helping hand and provide a great plan to keep myself healthy. The reception staff are amazing as well, always greeted with a smile and just provide a lovely environment every time I go there.

The receptionists at this place are totally inept. Twice now they haven’t noticed the doctors that I’m here and people with appointments after me have gone through before me, leaving me late for other things I need to go to.
