Sunshine Health is the worst of the worst. They are the charlants of the insurance world in Florida. In my experience, they need to be avoided because they are an unprofessional company that enjoys to hurt people. Trust me! I do not recommend it to anyone. Julio
Sunshine Health is a joke! Our tax (Medicaid) dollars pay these clowns? I regretted switching to them within a month when they sent me to a Dr that employs receptionists that can't speak English and don't wear shoes while working! Then when I called for a new doctor, I was given the run around by 3 different Sunshine reps and ended with the last rep giving me a couple names and telling me to find a doctor myself! ...and not a clue as to how long before I actually will ever see a doctor..before I switch to a better provider. ... read more
As a former member of SUNSHINE HEALTH A CENTENE CORP. COMPANY is the absolute worst health insurance in Florida after I started coughing up blood it took them two and a half months for my doctor to get a single test approved then when the test showed problem with my lungs they denied all further testing probably due to their D.E.I. hires who are unqualified to answer medical calls they were also negligent in my care which caused me to have a heart attack now that I filed a law suit they refuse to give me a physical address t... read more
