Excellent contractor, would definitely recommend him!
Very energetic, knowledgeable, and punctual. Reattached shutters on vinyl siding home, which were loose, removed broken rivets, put in screws provided by owner. Great job to mitigate problem owner was having.
Rob was great to work with on my basement ceiling repair. I appreciated his advice throughout, easy communication and always prompt. Will definitely hire again for future jobs!
I had a house for sale that happened so quickly that I need to get some renovation done for the sales. My friendly neighbor the Sunshine Handyman stepped in at the last minute and did a fantastic work for me finishing the house before closing. And the new owners were happy as well. Great job Rob
