My wife and I love going to Sunshine Functional Fitness, it is a great mix of strength training, conditioning, fun and accessory movements to keep you healthy and injury free. As a Doctor of physical therapy I see a lot of fitness athelete with acute and chronic injuries, but with how Jeremy programs the functional workouts he is doing a phenomenal job of mitagting these from happening in his athletes and instilling full body health in the fitness community. I have been going to Sunshine Functional Fitness for a year and a half now. I've always felt lost at the gym, not knowing "how" to work out. With Jeremy, all of the thinking is done for you - all you have to do is show up! The group classes are offered at a variety of different times throughout the day, which is helpful for people who need flexible options to get their workout in!
