First time calling Sunshine Fuels the message always states mailbox is full although Mike did call me me pretty much right away m. we set up a date for yesterday Monday, October 10 Sunshine Duel did not show up did not call me to tell me why did not show up. I called on the next day Oct 11 several times The states mailbox is full. Then Mike picked up Mike picked up and hung up on me without even me getting to say anything. Signed up for automatic deliveries for the winter season starting in October. You know, so I never worry about running out of fuel. I got a small delivery in early October, a small delivery in mid-late December, and this Monday in January I got home from work to find that I ran out of fuel because, as their guy told me on the phone when he finally called me back just after midnight, they didn't have any and blamed "the economy." They are the worst!! Even when pre-paid, they are late delivering, run out of fuel, promise a delivery day/time and never show. They are liars and thieves. They have left small children without heat, and don't even care.

if I could give a zero I would but you can't, you call for fuel on Thursday for a Saturday delivery, and when you call and ask where is it you are told no oil so no delivery. Then you are told you can get 50 gallons of the mixture today, so you agree and wait. You call and text the driver, and are told it will arrive and finally text again at 7pm. Wait for the responds only to hear, my drivers are two tired to come out, no I mind you they here in my area twice today in the morning time. No excuse for the way they deal... read more

Ordered fuel on Thursday for Saturday delivery, and call and ask for delivery time.. I get told no oil so no delivery.. Then I get can delivery mixed of 50 gallons of fuel, wait all day text and call to make sure its coming. Text again about 8pm and get back to tired for delivery.. What kind of business do you run, specially when your trucks are in my area twice today. This is not fare to the customers, that rely on your services, this is bad business practice.
