Worst service ever. Waited 5 days after my F150 was towed in after it died on the road for a starter issue and i had an appointment. -1100 for that fix but they said i needed other issues fixed. All good there. Get the truck back and now had a vent issue problem. Was told "we never were near there" but yet they pulled my ignition switch and couldn't diagnose the original issue after 5 days? Yes you we're there. Truck never had that issue before. Bring it back, $2700 to fix that. I fixed it myself replacing the vent actuator.... read more

Bait and switch! I arranged for the car for two weeks. When I showed up the car was sold and a comparable car is magically two thousand more. "We are in business to make money". Wonderful.
