Scheduled appointment for Sunday morning for 2 people for an hour, was told that we could not be treated and that they only had one person in their system. Made a 1 hour appointment for 7:50 pm, due to traffic, my husband and I arrived at 7:55 pm and was told that the masseuse was too tired to take us and that they wanted to lock up. Online says that the spa closes at 9 pm. Very disappointed.

Door was locked an hour and a half before closing. They finally opened an hour before and then refused to do a service for me. I won’t be back.
