Scheduled appointment for Sunday morning for 2 people for an hour, was told that we could not be treated and that they only had one person in their system. The person taking appointments on the phone seemed more interested in doing whatever they were doing at the time rather than ensuring he had us booked correctly. No surprise that they ended up messing up the scheduling.
Made a 1 hour appointment for 7:50 pm, due to traffic, my husband and I arrived at 7:55 pm and was told that the masseuse was too tired to take us and that they wanted to lock up. Online says that the spa closes at 9 pm. Very disappointed.
Door was locked an hour and a half before closing. They finally opened an hour before and then refused to do a service for me. I won’t be back.
