The massage itself was very relaxing. However, I paid an 18% tip in cash, but the front desk told me they require a minimum 20% tip and even suggested I send the rest via Zelle. While I understand tipping is customary, it felt uncomfortable to be told a specific minimum amount after the service. If the business expects a fixed gratuity, it would be more transparent to include it in the service price rather than pressuring clients at checkout.
