Next time I’ll give zero if possible they shut down more than 10 mins before actual closing time. I took a $40 uber to come for my eyebrows, i moved to Long Island recently and didn’t know any eyebrow spots. Someone recommended this spot and I thought let me go out of my way to try it out. Lady didn’t care I came this far, if the worker left just 2-3 mins before I got there she could have turned back and helped me or even said I’ll compensate you for the ride anything would have been helpful than not giving a shit.
They thread eyebrows very well. They are not a waxing salon. Do not and I repeat do not get waxed here. I was burned and I have darker skin so now I have to deal with the hyperpigmentation. Their wax is wax that a beginner buys off of Amazon and uses. I made the mistake of getting waxed twice. Once by an employee and a second time by one of the owner and both times I was left with burns/scars.
BEWARE worst experience. These are my brows. She went below my microshading line. Wouldn’t take accountability with what she did. I will not return!
I’ve been coming to this place for years. Today I came and someone knew did my eyebrows. I should’ve known to just wait for my regular person when I heard that she took a chunk of hair out of the person’s eyebrow before me. It took 20 minutes for her to do my eyebrows because another lady had to step in and fix her mistakes. My eyebrows look completely uneven. I will not be returning.
