Bought my Aventon Aventure 3 from Jimmy and the shop. bike came with a slight defect on the manufacturers end, but the folks at sunshine cycles were so helpful and communicative with me regarding the repair timeline and what to expect. Genuinely top notch service and customer relations! Cannot recommend them enough!
I visited Sunshine Cycles based on the online reviews, and I was totally right about it and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’m so glad I met such a genuinely kind person—it was absolutely worth the 50-plus-mile drive. The owner, Jimmy, patiently answered all my questions, offered helpful advice on choosing a bike, and let me test ride two different sizes. He absolutely deserves five stars! Highly recommended !
Great selection of E-bikes!
I recently bought a new Trek from Jimmy and Elizabeth. They went way beyond the norm to help me select the right bike and transition from my old bike to the new. The wealth of information they share is awesome. I've done business with more than a few bike shops but this shop is by far the best. I appreciate all the support they give.
I was going to order 2 e-bikes off the Aventon website just to save a few bucks. I’m glad I didn’t! Jimmy sold me on ordering them through him, and we are very happy that we decided to support their business. Their service and kindness were more than worth the few bucks saved. Jimmy, Elizabeth (the owners), and Matt not only put the bikes together. They took the time to educate us on our new bikes. They got my wife’s bike adjusted to fit her.
