Great customer service malfunction with lock I cut it off and they still replaced it no questions. This is why I always go to them, thanks sunshine.
Busted my fork open and they totally took care of me! They got Rockshox to cover the parts and labor (Holla!) and got my fork back to feeling like new in just a few days FO FREE! I was stoked, now I can save that money I would've spent for a full suspension!!!
Outstanding service. I came in with an older full suspension bike and I had lost a rear frame bolt. They did not have the exact bolt because my bike was too old, but they found a bolt with matching threads and a larger head. They ground it down for a custom fit for an extremely affordable price. Saved the last two days of my trip.
To who ever turn Mr Bradshaw away God don't like ugly and we as his friends are telling everyone about how you treat disable people and we hope no one comes to your business again ....
Was very disappointed when they refused to help my friend who is a double amputee fix his bike. They said the bike was too big for their shop, whatever, they will never get my business. They could have helped him, no excuses. Will take all business elsewhere!
Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Austin helped me find the perfect Felt bike (not in a super girly color which I appreciated). It's basically my child now. Highly recommend this place to anyone in town!
Awesome place! Where they treat novice riders and experts the same. Helpful, informative, respectful, and kind.
They have taken care of me since 2008, I would not go anywhere else!
