We contracted with Sunshine Cremation Services when our mother went into hospice care. They were very understanding and careful with explaining the details of the process, knowing how emotionally laden it can be. When the moment came, they took charge of all the arrangements, enabling us to focus on personal issues. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I met with Lily, She was very nice and took her time explaining the process to me so I could ask questions. She assured me the company takes the utmost care of our family member. My mother passed on a Friday evening while in hospice care, and the moment the hospital notified Sunshine that we chose their services, I received a personal call from Mr. Sunshine himself confirming that they were going to pick up my mom and take good care of her - and they did just that. Very affordable cremation service with excellent service and care. Mark and his team were engaged at all steps in the process and addressed all of my questions and concerns promptly. When my relative passed they picked him up promptly and had the cremation permit processed in a week. I flew in a couple weeks later and they had followed through on everything I requested. I always felt in good hands. Highly recommended.
