Lily was absolutely wonderful during one of the hardest times our family has ever faced. From start to finish, she was attentive, communicative, and incredibly accommodating — always making sure we had the information we needed and never making us feel rushed or alone in the process. I can’t thank enough Sunshine Cremation Services, and Lily in particular, for the compassionate and professional care they provided during my mother’s passing. From the first contact to the final details of the service, they were patient, respectful, and truly went above and beyond to make everything as peaceful as possible for me, specially considering that I was out of the country. They handled every aspect with dignity and kindness. I’m deeply grateful. Highly recommend.

Lily made a difficult time such an easy process. She was so kind and patient with our family. We were out of state and the ability to complete the paperwork online was so easy. This was the easiest end of life preparation that Ive done because she is so organized and knowledgeable.

I can't thank Mark and Lily enough for their support, care and love during this difficult time. Mark answered all my questions and was always honest, professional and pleasant. Lily was very detailed, thorough and responsive. She also has a special warmth about her that is very beautiful and unique. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share that Sunshine Cremation Services was excellent in every single way and I couldn't ask for anything better for my loved one. He is now resting in peace.

Lily was extremely helpful right from the beginning of My Mom’s passing process. She had the patience for my many questions and answered every detail with kindness and compassion. The information I needed was provided promptly which allowed me to settle my Mom’ s affairs in a very timely manner.
