Major rant! I had water damage in my kitchen. I had sunshine construction https://sunshinebuildergroup.com/ come in to do an estimate. I only needed one cabinet fixed. They claimed I needed all the kitchen cabinets redone, then because of that I will need the tile, then I would need to repaint not only the kitchen but the living room too so that it all matches.
