Sunshine clinic is a wonderful blessing. I needed dental work my teeth where a mess, years a neglect. Dr Bowen is my dentist there. He helped me to get my teeth back to a healthy condition with the least amount of pain. He actually cares what needs to be done not just the least expensive solution. He is very attentive to the patient needs.
After over a week of my mom trying to call and leaving messages I was able to finally get ahold of someone which was at the Talkeetna location. My mom has asthma and her nebulizer broke and needed a new script to getting a new one and was trying to get an appt since she was sick. Since it took so long she became extremely sick Which probably would not have happened if someone at Willow Clinic answered the phones or returned a phone message. Highly disappointed in how this Clinic is being run.
I love my care team but the phone system is so bad I was ready to go to a different clinic. I tried to reach a person any person for over a week. Very trying and I was getting in deep breathing trouble.
