Ohhhhh boy, where to start. I was in an accident on June 10 and chose Sunshine through Progressive to complete the work on my vehicle. They were a recommended shop (which, after this debacle, I hope changes) and they were close so I figured why not. The trouble started when they wouldn’t answer their phones for me to even arrange a tow to their shop. It took 5 days to get my car from my driveway to the shop. I highly recommend this shop. To summarize, my son was involved in an accident while he was out of state. They promptly assessed his vehicle and provided us with excellent service. Sincere appreciation from the Whipker's. I am delighted to have discovered this establishment.
STAY AWAY! We chose to take our wrecked vehicle to Sunshine because they could have the rapids to our vehicle done “by the end of the month”. This turned out to be a complete misestimation as the repair took over 3 months to complete. Throughout the process, they were HORRIBLE at providing updates on repairs and the timeframe needed for parts to come in.
