Outstanding service from the guys at Sunshine Coast Yamaha. After having an issue with the Tilt / Trim on my 300 V6 offshore due to lack of maintenance by another provider, the team bent over backwards and went above and beyond to get me back on the water in no time. The issue wasn't theirs to begin with, however they stand behind Yamaha's range of products and have the experience and expertise to back it up. Boating and jet ski needs..needed a new life jacket
Brand new 25hp motor purchased, firstly set up wrong (had to go back and get it repositioned). At my 32 hour service, oil was over filled and a noise has appeared when the motor isn’t running. Returned the motor, oil drained to the correct level. But the noise still exists. Returned the motor to the service department again for over 4 weeks and all they did was strip the motor, but didn’t have time or the man power to run or test the motor. We're 3hrs away- South Burnett. We chose this pacific shop as the gentleman that answered the phone when we called to ask for a service on a boat we had just brought; didn't just book us in... he answered questions honestly- helpful and could have have easily convinced us it was something more serious.
